Notes on Order
  • To ensure an easy and smooth pick-up service, please place your order at least 3 hours before the pick-up day.
  • Particular products must be ordered in more hours advance. Please refer to the instructions on the product page.

How to pick-up
  1. After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and e-voucher(s); If you cannot receive confirmation email and e-voucher(s) within an hour after the transaction, please contact (852) 8200 3636.
  2. Please arrive the designated location on the pick-up date, then present the QR code of the e-voucher(s) to our staff to get your order.

Terms & Conditions
  1. All orders must be redeemed on your preferred pick-up date, time and location, any unredeemed order after the redemption date is invalid and will not be accepted and refunded.
  2. If you cannot receive confirmation email within an hour after the transaction, please contact (852) 8200 3636.
  3. The QR code of order must be presented upon redemption.
  4. The QR code of order can be used once only; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold.
  5. The QR code of order will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  6. The order is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in whole.
  7. Hotel shall not be responsible whatsoever for any loss, claim and/or dispute arising under such circumstances and you shall assume full responsibility of the e-vouchers upon your purchase.
  8. Shangri-la Circle Award Points will not be granted for online purchases.
  9. Shangri-La Circle members can earn Shangri-La Award Points on the extra spending in the same transaction on-site.
  10. Shangri-La Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Shangri-La Group’s decision shall remain final and binding.

  • Prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are inclusive of 10% service charge (if applicable).
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
  • E-voucher(s) cannot be used conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers, discounted items, gift vouchers or e-vouchers.
  • E-voucher(s) can be redeemed once only; it cannot be reproduced, copied or sold. Product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary.
  • Golden Circle Award Points will not be granted for online purchases.
  • Golden Circle members can earn Golden Circle Award Points on the extra spending in the same transaction on-site (after using e-vouchers).
  • The status of your purchased voucher shown on this e-shop site is for reference only.
  • The personal data you provide above will be used, disclosed and (where appropriate) transferred overseas in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy found here.
  • Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions or terminate this offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong ’s decision shall remain final and binding.
  • All delivery orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance, unless otherwise specified.
  • Delivery service is available from 9 am to 6 pm, unless otherwise specified.
  • For Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, the delivery charge is HKD 200 to Hong Kong Island, HKD 250 to Kowloon district, HKD 350 to New Territories. Delivery service is not available to outlying islands.
  • Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
